Rent Collection Service

This service is suited to landlords who prefer the assurance of regular rent and who are comfortable dealing with any repairs and tenant liaison.

As well as all aspects of the ‘Introduction Only Service’, JeJe Barons will collect the rent on your behalf and provide a monthly statement of account for you.

Full Management Service

The full lettings management service entrusts JeJe Barons to deal with all maintenance and administration issues relating to the tenancy.

This service is ideally suited to an oversees landlord, or perhaps a landlord who does not wish to have any direct interaction with the tenancy.

As well as all aspects of the ‘Rent Collection Service’ and ‘Introduction Only Service’, JeJe Barons will also inspect the property on a quarterly basis and submit written reports accordingly.
