Wimbledon is a suburb in south west London, part of the London Borough of Merton. These days Wimbledon is recognised as a prestigious location, offering a wide choice of shops, theatres, restaurants and leisure activities, making it a great place to do business and work. For most of the past one hundred years, Wimbledon has been internationally known as the home of the Wimbledon Tennis Championships.

Shopping in Wimbledon
Wimbledon Town Centre is a wonderful place to come and shop whether outdoor on The Broadway or inside the Centre Court Shopping Centre.
Town Centre Shopping runs the entire length of the Broadway, up and over Wimbledon Bridge (not forgetting shops to the side on Queens Road, Hartfield Road, Alexandra Road and Worple Road) and continues up Wimbledon Hill Road, heading up towards Wimbledon Village's High Street.
Entertainment in Wimbledon
There are few towns which can boast their own Theatre and Cinema as well as Children's Theatre and a whole host of restaurants, bars and cafes. Wimbledon Town Centre has all this and much more to entertain you.

Wimbledon Transport
The town is served by the main railway station on a line into Waterloo Station via Clapham Junction. There is also the District underground service as well as an efficient tram system.
